█ GENERAL
+ Completed illustration comes with and without a watermark.
+ Watermarked version must be used for posting online.
+ I, the artist, hold the right to upload completed works to my social media/portfolio as well as its distribution/use (ie. artbooks etc)
+ Commissions for commercial use will have different terms. Fees and contract will be negotiated accordingly.
+ I have the right to reject a commission if it makes me uncomfortable.
+ DO NOT use any of my art for NFTs or AI training.
█ PAYMENT AND REVISIONS
+ I accept Paypal and Stripe.
+ Payments are always made upfront and in full before any work is started.
+ I DO offer free revisions during the inital sketch/mock up phase.
+ No revisions are allowed AFTER the illustration is complete.
█ ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Depending on the complexity of the character designs, new concepts (design from scratch), weapons, intricate costumes and armor, cyborg/robotic parts may incur additional charges.
█ PERSONAL USE & REFUND✦ For Personal Use ✦
Client is allowed to post their commission in social media. You may also print the artwork for yourself, as long as you give credit to the artist (me) and no monetary profit is earned from the artwork. The client is NOT allowed to reproduce, modify, or use the artwork in any way other than personal. This mean NO NFTs, AI training, prints, stickers, merchandise, etc.✦ For Commercial Use ✦
Client have full rights to sell, reproduce, use in streams, etc but I do ask to be given credit for the work. The client is NOT allowed to use for NFTs or AI training.
✦ Refunds ✦
+ A refund cannot be requested after I start the commission.
+ Claiming dissatisfaction with the finished piece does not warrant a refund, as the client has several instances throughout the process to voice their concerns. Doing this will also result in being blacklisted.

In-stream commissions have the fastest turn around for completed illustrations. Usually a few hours. The bonus is that you get to see the entire creative process from start to finish. You also get a chance to chat with me and get more comfortable with the artist behind the screen.
